I’m flexible. My sessions are about you, not me. I will offer ideas and support but look to you to guide what works for you. Whether that is actively practicing skills, processing through conversation, or learning about yourself, that is what we will do. I bring fidgets, coloring materials, soft things, and multiple other things to make you feel safe and comfortable.
I can be soft if that’s what you need but I will challenge you so you don’t stay in the negative cycle.

I actively work to “de-colonize” my practice. My therapy sessions will not look like traditional therapy and I will use multiple different methods to support you in understanding yourself, societal impacts, and cultural norms to help you in your journey.

Absolutely! Here is a list of community programs and organizations. All of which I have either directly interacting with or known others who have.

At the moment I can take, Anthem, BCBS, Carelon, Emblem Health, First Choice Healthy, Group Health Inc, LifeWise, Premera Blue Cross, and Regence.
Sliding scale is very dependent on each individual. I don’t want to be a barrier to therapy so please ask so we can see if we can work something out!
